Is it a Painting or a Photograph?

Actually it’s both? Artist Alexa Meade photographs real models that she has painted with acrylic creating a completely different experience. I find myself totally memorized by this. I know they are real live subjects but it is almost impossible to tell until you see shots of them with unpainted people (which really trips me out).
