I was fortunate enough to be invited to a friend’s Chinese BBQ recently. What in the name of all things Holy is Chinese BBQ you may ask? Well…its technically like any other American BBQ with all the bells and whistles. Except, instead of traditional BBQ sauces, Chinese sauces and ingredients are used in their places.
