Everything can be the artistic things if we can find it. What ever it is, even the human eyes. Whoever told you “your eyes are beautiful” simply never looked at them close enough. A 34-year-old Armenian physics teacher Suren Manvelyan used his friends, colleagues and pupils as models to make these amazing close-ups of the human eye. He never thought he would see anything like that – when viewed really close up our eyes look like some dramatic surfaces of far and unknown planets.
“It is quite natural when you shoot macro shots of insects and plants, but to try to make a picture of the eye? I did not expect these results,” says Suren.
“Everyday we see hundreds of eyes but do not even suspect they have such beautiful structure, like surfaces of unknown planets.”
